Yep... the Bug's new favorite blanket.
I am learning about priorities... I've been living in a house for the past month and I am amazed at the little ways in which life is easier... a dishwasher... what an amazing invention! Hot water! I can let the water run in the shower. I can do dishes and shower! All in the same evening... and it doesn't freeze every night! I can work without piling on layer upon layer of clothes. I went back to visit the trailer and the wind had blown open the vent cover and it was snowing inside & the wind destroyed the awnings. It has a desolate and forgotten feel. It is amazing what you can adjust to, and think is normal... but it is also amazing to have some modern amenities. And I finally had the space to stitch my Rowan Big Wool sweater together. My thought was that it would be like wearing a blanket around. It is a bit bulky looking but it's wonderfully warm and I have been wearing it in a partially finished state...
